Sassy Bloody Mary mix:

Starting with a bold and sassy Bloody Mary Mix is key. We take the guesswork out of what to add—our concentrate makes it easy to mix up something amazing. We like to start with a classic mixer (we prefer Clamato), then just add our concentrate and boom—flavor explosion!

Recipe:
We usually make a full batch so it’s ready when we are (and trust us—the longer it blends, the sassier it gets). Use a 64 oz bottle of Clamato and mix in 1/4 cup (2 oz) of our concentrate. Let it sit for at least an hour, or even better—overnight.

Single Drink:
Mix 1 tsp concentrate into 6 oz of Clamato. Same great flavor, just one glass at a time. Like it spicier? Add more. Want it milder? Start with 1/2 tsp. Stir, sip, and enjoy!

Two Bloody Mary cocktails garnished with jalapeño, olive, sausage, cheese, and cilantro, on a blue table outdoors near a lake. A plate of Bloody Tacos with ground beef, tomato, and cilantro is in front. The image is labeled with text: "Bloody Mary," "Bloody Beer," "Bloody Tacos," and "All made with Peggy's Bloody Concentrate." Peggy's logo is in the center with a URL.

Sassy Tacos:

Use your favorite Taco season packet or make from scratch. We mixed 2 tsp of Peggy’s concentrate into 6 oz. of Clamato because we wanted it more spicy. The recipe asked for 3/4 cup water and we substituted the Clamato/concentrate mix.

Bloody Mary:

6 oz. Clamato and 1 tsp of Peggy’s Concentrate. Garnished with white cheddar cheese, beef meat sticks, jalapeno, cherry tomato, and celery.

Red Beer:

6 oz. Clamato and 1 tsp of Peggy’s Concentrate (our preferred ratio). Fill glass with 1/3 clamato/concentrate mix and 2/3 beer.

sassy BBQ Steak:

For making a great BBQ steak.

Use 1/3 cup of your favorite BBQ Sauce. We used Sweet Baby Rays original. We mixed in 1 tsp of Peggy’s concentrate and mixed it thoroughly. We then spread the BBQ blend on the steak, put it in a ziploc bag and let it sit overnight. Whether you let it sit overnight is up to you.

Grilled the steak on a Traeger wood pellet grill to 140° F, and enjoyed!

sassy honey BBQ chicken:

For making a great Honey, BBQ chicken.

Use 1/3 cup of your favorite BBQ Sauce. We mixed in 1 1/2 tsp of Peggy’s concentrate, and 2 tsp of honey then mixed it thoroughly. We then cut the chicken into kabob size chunks, put the zesty honey BBQ blend and the chicken in a ziploc bag and let it sit overnight. Whether you let it sit overnight is up to you.

Put together the chicken kabob with whatever veggies you want, such as onion, peppers, and pineapple, then we cooked them on a Traeger wood pellet grill, removed and enjoyed!

Mix 1 cup of sour cream with 2 tablespoons of dry ranch dressing, and 1-2 tsp of Peggy’s Bloody Mary Concentrate. Start with one and if you want it a little more sassy, add 1 more tsp.

Mix thoroughly, best if put in fridge for 1 hr to let blend. Enjoy with your favorite Veggies!

Spice up your Queso.

Take 1 cup of your favorite queso. We just used Tostitos from Walmart. Add 1-2 tsp of Peggy’s and wow, what a difference. Add as much as you like to bring it to your flavor level!
